The result

CarPay offers finance and payment solutions for private car owners and companies. The offer to private customers includes credit card payments by digital wallets and an app which gives its user an overview of account information, payments, car finance and workshop orders. There are also benefits such as a bonus on all payments and favorable deals and discounts in the Volvo and Renault dealer network.

CarPay is powered by Volvofinans Bank, the largest bank in Sweden specializing on cars. With its more than one million users, CarPay is an important partner for Volvo Cars and their dealer network, offering solutions for finance and car administration as well as marketing channels for the products and services within the partnership.

We have been working with CarPay since 2013, and together with CarPay’s marketing department and their media agency, we develop brand building and sales supporting communication to support their business areas CarPay and CarPay Fleet. We’re a dedicated team working closely together without prestige or formal roles. We have frequent state-of-play meetings where we discuss ongoing projects, and we also meet up on a regular basis to go through plans, analyze results and decide on how to move on with development and optimization. Since CarPay is a digital business so is most of their marketing, and our digital department is continuously engaged in our CarPay assignment, developing smart front and backend solutions and digital communication material.
